EF-011 – Invisible state transitions block engineering#

Observation#

During EP-002.2, role-based navigation and user-controlled visibility appeared ineffective. The user interface exposed the final screen but not the received interaction, effective role, policy result, preference resolution, context change or render result.

Root cause#

Observability had not been treated as a first-version architecture requirement. Learning#

A system may contain correct logic and still be practically unverifiable when it cannot explain its decisions and transitions.
